It was my first time here I ordered a cafe latte and it was good The service was fast The cafe is a very old cafe . Has a big space and it is a great place to either relax or study and work . Will be back again

this place has been here since the summer of love (don't fact check me). stickers on the wall scream grateful dead save the planet ftp eat vegan and all that other sweet stuff. there's comfy couches to vibe on and books to parse thru as u wait for ur order. the COFFEE CAKE (warmed up) is the best i have EVER had. all extremities down. i like to pair this with a white mocha after a long day of thrifting for the perfect "i'm so broke i can't believe i spent so much money on clothes i don't need it's ok i'm manifesting abundance" treat

Cute little coffee shop with lots of seating, including even some big couches. This is a great spot to stop and grab a coffee and relax for a minute if you are exploring the area. Looks like they also had some yummy sounding breakfast sandwiches as well but I didn't get to try any of those.

4.5 stars! 0.5 stars earned for having a customer bathroom. Thanks! And the iced spicy chai latte was good, too. Lots of space to work here.

Such a cozy and old school hipster cafe vibes, like coffee shops from the 90s/early 2000s with lots of seating, couches, books and vintage art work. I ordered the golden milk which is tumeric tea, espresso and milk (I opted for oat instead of whole milk bc she lactose sensitive). It was giving Christmas, kinda like a dirty chai but not as spicy. and left me wired after. My friend ordered the matcha latte and they do latte art! She said it was good but didn't elaborate. Come here if you need to do some work and get your caffeine fix.

Very cool coffee shop Couches Lots of space Good tea Nice place to hang out when you're exploring the Haight neighborhood

Needed some coffee while we were waiting in line for a popup shop nearby. Saw that this place had an extensive menu so we decided to give it a try. Cozy, quaint ambiance with lots of locals on their laptops or mobile device. Plenty of space to come with some friends and hang out while you have a drink. The interior has tons of character and history across the walls, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the white mocha and my gf got the chocolate to the people. Both were made fresh to order and served at the perfect temperature to enjoy immediately!

Located in Haight-Ashbury, Coffee To The People is another great coffee shop that I came across while in the area. I was visiting family nearby and all once a few of decided we could use a cup of coffee. I turned the Yelp app to search for coffee shops nearby and this was at the top of the list. The name was intriguing enough for me to check out and the reviews just underscored this was the place to go. It was a relatively short walk from where I was so a few us made the walk. Upon entering, I was surprised at how spacious the space was inside. This is easily one of the larger coffee shops I have been inside of. It definitely had the feel of a neighborhood spot where people regularly go for their caffeine fix as well as a place to hang out. The shop was quite busy as many people had decided to hangout and sip versus getting a beverage to go. While busy, the staff did an awesome job of processing orders and delivering drinks within a reasonable time. Add to it, they were quite friendly in doing so and did it without causing anyone to feel rushed. While I knew I wanted a cup of drip coffee, other family members were less decisive and needed time to study the menu (c'mon, it's a coffee shop, how difficult can it be?). My coffee tasted freshly brewed and most importantly, it was hot. Based on feedback from my family members, they were pleased with their choices too. One member got a pastry and devoured it in no time which means it was delicious. In addition to cash and cards, they also do Apple Pay (along with other electronic pay options). Coffee To The People will be a regular stop for me whenever I am in the area.
